I can't say enough about Palo or recommend it more highly. Although there is a charge to dine here, it is SO worth it. We have had both brunch and dinner here and can't praise it enough from the food to the atmosphere to the service. Our server on our last cruise, Freja, was so good at quickly establishing rapport and getting to know our tastes. She even brought us some dishes we had not ordered because she felt we would like them and really wanted us to try them (and yes- believe me we did!). On our first cruise I unfortunately got seasick in the middle of brunch. Our server at that time must have seen me look a little green around the gills while walking to the restroom because when I returned there were apple slices and ginger ale waiting for me at the table.
Touching back on the food, we love the brunch buffet! There are so many new and different things to try and the perfect portions to try them all. One thing you can't miss are the monkey bread style cinnamon buns. They are warm and melt in your mouth-- to die for! For dinner, we love the antipasti course and my favorite dishes are the lobster pasta, risotto, and scallops-- but you really can't go wrong with everything. A must do desert is the famous Chocolate Souffle... but you might also want to try the Tiramisu. We got one of each and split them and found it was an excellent decision!
If you are thinking about checking out Palo, we have a review video on our Youtube Channel you may want to check out:
Please feel free to ask me any Palo questions you have- I'd love for everyone to experience it!
